Jayne Clary is a Business & Leadership Coach, focusing on Self-Awareness and Management Development. And now, includes certification as a Master High-Conflict Negotiation coach with Rebecca Zung.

Jayne’s journey began in the hi-tech industry where she quickly learned that it was ‘people’ she wanted to connect with rather than machines. Her journey took her into training and then moved into coaching. “Watching the lights go on as people learn and connect with their passions and skills is powerful and exciting”.

Along with Business, Leadership, and High-Conflict Negotiation coaching certifications, Jayne is also a certified trainer and technical writer, and has as an educational background in psychology and counseling.

She has counseled ‘at risk’ teens and facilitates weekend intensives for women. Her passions include Indian cooking, independent film, improvisational theater (watching and performing), DIY, and finding new creative outlets. She lives in Ashland, Oregon with her two black labs, and two kitties.
